Meet the Owner
From a young age, Christian Johnson understood the value of hard work, organization, and money management. As the youngest in his family, he was lending money to his siblings by the age of seven—with interest. These early lessons in responsibility laid the foundation for a work ethic that continues to drive his passion for excellence.
Growing up, Christian’s parents emphasized the importance of developing skills and staying productive. Summers were spent working a minimum of three days a week, instilling a strong sense of discipline and pride in a job well done. By 21, he was managing multi-million-dollar projects and leading crews of up to 30 people, gaining invaluable experience in people management and large-scale renovations.
At 24, Christian ventured into real estate development alongside his sister, restoring over 100 high-end homes with renovation budgets ranging from $100,000 to $500,000. These projects honed his expertise in craftsmanship and provided deep insights into what homeowners value most in their spaces–each of which has informed his now decades-long career.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys riding motorcycles, skiing with his daughter, snowmobiling, and spending quality time with close friends. For him, life is about balancing hard work with meaningful relationships and creating spaces that reflect the same sense of balance and care.
